About

Warmup Coach turns the session you actually did into a warm-up, a cool-down, or both — matched to the movements you trained and the areas you need to leave alone.

Why it exists

Most mobility apps hand everyone the same daily flow. That's fine as a habit, but it isn't a warm-up — a warm-up should prepare the exact patterns the session demands. Thrusters and a 5k ask completely different things of you, and a generic routine treats them the same.

So this starts from the other end: tell it what you did, and it builds around that.

How it works

Every move comes from a fixed, hand-written catalogue of 114 movements. Each one carries the body zones it targets, the equipment it needs, a dose, a coaching cue, and — importantly — the zones that make it a bad idea.

When you list a no-go area, the moves that load or stretch it are removed before the AI is asked anything. It picks from what's left. That means "avoid my left shoulder" isn't a polite request the model might forget; the shoulder moves genuinely aren't available to it.

The AI's job is choosing the right moves for your session, ordering them sensibly, and explaining why each one earns its place. It doesn't invent exercises.

What it isn't

It isn't a physio, and it isn't medical advice. It's a well-informed starting point that can still be wrong about you specifically. Move within your own limits, skip anything that hurts, and see a qualified professional about an actual injury.

Who makes it

One person, as a side project, running on a small server and a small budget. There's no company behind it, no account to create, no data being sold. It's free because it costs very little to run and it's more interesting to have people use it.

If a routine looks wrong, tell me — that's genuinely how it gets better.
