Privacy
Short version: Warmup Coach is anonymous. There's no account, no profile, and your workout isn't kept — the only thing stored is a message if you choose to send one.
Your workout isn't stored
Warmup Coach doesn't ask for personal details or keep a profile. Your workout and the choices you make are sent to the AI only to build that one routine — they're never written to our database, and they aren't tied to any identity, because there isn't one.
What we send to the AI
To build a routine, your workout text and the details you enter are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) for that single request. They aren't tied to your identity — there isn't one.
Feedback and contact messages
The one thing we do keep is anything you type into the feedback box or the contact form, together with the name and email you choose to give. That's stored so it can be read and replied to — there's no other way to answer you. Please don't put anything sensitive in there. If you'd like a message deleted, ask via the contact form and it will be.
Anonymous usage counts
To keep the tool within its budget and see roughly how much it's used, the server keeps simple daily counts of page views and generations. Any per-visitor tally uses a salted one-way hash of your IP that resets daily — raw IP addresses are never stored, and the hash can't be linked across days.
Analytics
If Google Analytics is enabled, it only loads after you accept the cookie banner. Reject it and no analytics cookies are set.
