How Warmup Coach works
Most mobility apps give everyone the same daily flow. Warmup Coach starts from the session you actually trained.
1. You add your workout
Type it, or upload a photo or screenshot — a gym whiteboard, your training app, a text from your coach. A CrossFit WOD, a lifting session, a run, a class; rough notes are fine. Warmup Coach reads the movements to work out which muscles and joints took the load.
2. You add the bits that matter
Optionally tell it your build, how hard the session was, what to emphasise, and — importantly — anywhere it should avoid. A sore lower back or a dodgy shoulder gets steered around.
3. Warmup Coach builds the routine
Ask for a warm-up (dynamic prep for what's ahead), a cool-down (static stretching and recovery for what you just did), or both. You get an ordered list — each move with a dose and a one-line cue.
What Warmup Coach isn't
Warmup Coach is a helpful starting point, not a physio. It's AI-generated general guidance, it can be wrong, and it doesn't know your medical history. Move within your own limits, skip anything that hurts, and see a qualified professional for pain or injury. See the terms.
